The hike from Pokhara to Sarangkot is a pleasant and straightforward vacation trip that is classified as a simple trekking schedule. Pokhara is a well-known Nepalese lake city and a natural wonderland with gorgeous hills and traditional Nepalese villages. Pokhara is an ideal and easily accessible destination for short outings, vacations, and holiday excursions. At an elevation of 1592 meters, Sarangkot is a hill on the city’s northern outskirts. The Sarangkot peak offers panoramic views of Pokhara and Fewa Lake, as well as the Annapurna, Dhaulagiri, Fishtail, Himchuli, Mardi, and Dhampus Himalayas.

Nowadays, Sarangkot Hill is the starting point for paragliding extreme sports adventures that take place over Pokhara city, Fewa Lake, and other local landmarks. Tourists can trek to another nearby hill called Naudada, which is a three-hour hike.
Tourists are boarded at their booked accommodation after arriving in Pokhara and rest for the night. The tourists are then boarded in a private car early the next morning before sunrise and driven to Sarangkot Hill, which is a half-hour drive from Pokhara City. Tourists arrive at Sarangkot Hill and stroll to a high view-tower designed to witness the dawn and sunset above the Himalayas.
