Down Payment
To secure a place, please make a down payment of USD 100. Please note that the deposit amount is non-refundable in the case of cancellation. Total dues should be paid 30 days prior to departure or after you arrive in Kathmandu.
Don’t hesitate to get in touch with us if this will cause you a problem; we do try to be flexible.
How To Pay Your Deposit?
You can choose two different ways of making payment:

Note: Please do not transfer your amount to any other bank account than the details mentioned above. Even in case, you receive any emails that request you to transfer to any other bank account. Please immediately contact us!!
Payment of The Balance
The rest amount can be paid before a month of your arrival. If you choose to settle your holiday balance by credit card, a handling charge of 4% on the outstanding balance is made. There is no handling charge for payment by bank transfer.
Last Minute Booking
We only accept last-minute bookings for Nepal excursions. Last-minute bookings for India, Bhutan, and Tibet trips are not accepted.
Refund
No refund will be made for the USD 100 deposit amount in case of cancellation of the trip for any reason. However, we are willing to reschedule your trip for a later date KABRU will refund you if you have paid the full cost of any trip; nevertheless, a 20% charge on the trip’s overall cost will be invoiced to you.
Note: Written notification of your cancellation should be made to cancel any trip.
Single Supplement Charge
On our holiday tour/trek packages, rooms or tents are provided on a twin-sharing basis. Thus, a single room supplement charge will be imposed on a client who does not have another tour participant to share a room/tent with.
Incomplete Tour
No refund will be made to clients who drop out from the journey, regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.
Unforeseen Circumstances
Suppose the Kabru Adventure Holidays company cancels your trip because of unforeseen circumstances like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate, etc. In that case, we will be thrilled to refer you alternative trip of a similar standard.
If this doesn’t fit your interest, all money paid by you to our company will be refunded. But remember, any other expenses incurred by you due to this booking are entirely your responsibility.
Clients’ Responsible
A tour/trek guide representing Kabru Adventure Holidays Company deserves all authority during your tours.
Travel Insurance
You must purchase a comprehensive travel insurance package against medical, natural calamity, helicopter evacuation, personal accident, trip cancellation, etc. This is strongly suggested to all our clients.
Tour Amendment
Prior notice is requested to make alterations to any trek/tour itinerary. You’re advised to stay in touch with us. But occasionally, you may be obliged to do so in route under certain circumstances, for instance, bad weather, etc.
Papers & Documents
All necessary documents should be presented in sequence, for example, to issue visas, necessary permits, etc. We are not accountable if any trip formalities are not completed in a timely manner before the trip departs due to a lack of necessary papers and documents.
Flight Delay / Cancellation
Flight delays or cancellations are very likely in Himalayan regions due to notorious weather, which could occur, for instance, in the Everest region (Lukla), Jomsom, Dolpa, Simikot, and Jumla regions, among others. In such a case, your itinerary will be modified.
KABRU Mission
KABRU mission is to finance its community enhancement programs through the revenues generated by tourism. The Terai + Himalayan Community Project contributes 10% of the proceeds from any KABRU-organized trip or trek to improve needy children’s educational level in Nepal’s rural communities.

Booking payment System
- 35% down payment( Non- refundable) is require to confirm the booking. This 35% booking payment is acceptable by credit cards without any card processing fee(usually 4% charge by banks). book and Pay online now.
- 65% outstanding payment is payable on arrival day(Cash payment on arrival day or bank transfers or by credit cards- 4% card processing fee applicable by bank).
- Passport copy of each travelers.

Booking Payment & Cancellation policy
Booking payment 35% which is Non-refundable but customer have opportunity to postpone trip or can use that booking payment for other trip within 2 year of booking payment made.
The outstanding payment 65% is payable by cash on arrival day or can pay through bank transfer (before or trip start day) or by credit cards online (there is 4% credit card processing fee applicable for 65% outstanding payment).
Risk & Responsibility
Your safety and enjoyment is our prime concern. We therefore carry out our responsibility honestly & sincerely to ensure your holiday trouble – free as well as you have desired. Nevertheless, unless stated otherwise, trip may be change under uncertain and inherent circumstances such as land-slides, road blockage, flood, snow political unrest, cancellation of flight, delay arrival, sickness or accidents etc. Any extra cost incurring there is your personal responsibility and should be borne on the spot.
